Refund Policy

At ScriptAI Digital Services Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality work and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for our services.

1. General Refund Principles

Because our services involve custom creative and technical work, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The following general principles apply:

• Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project at the time of the request.
• Work already completed and delivered is non-refundable.
• Advance/deposit payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within the timeframes below.

3. Service-Specific Terms

Website & Software Development

• Advance payments (typically 50%) are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
• Milestone payments are non-refundable once the corresponding milestone has been approved.
• If ScriptAI is unable to deliver the agreed scope, a proportional refund will be offered.

Digital Marketing & SEO

• Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
• We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or leads — results depend on many factors outside our control.
• If you cancel a retainer mid-month, the full month's fee applies.

Consulting & Strategy Sessions

• Completed consultation sessions are non-refundable.
• Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge.
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Third-party costs paid on your behalf (domain registration, hosting, paid plugins, ad spend)
• Rush or priority fees
• Any work delivered and approved by the client
• Services consumed (e.g. hosting months used, ad campaigns run)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing:

• Email us at info@scriptaidigital.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Project Name]"
• Include your name, project details, payment reference, and reason for the request
• We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 7 business days

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days via the original payment method. Bank transfer charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to reach out to us directly to discuss. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
